Privacy policy

This policy explains what information The CF Team LLC, doing business as The Swedesford Group ("we," "us"), collects through swedesfordgroup.com and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you and to understand how people find us, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, work email, company or firm, role, what you are trying to do, how you heard about us and any message you write.
• Research notifications. If you ask to be notified when new research publishes, your work email.
• Context we record with a submission. The page you were on when you decided to get in touch, the page you first arrived on, the date and time, and a referral tag if you arrived through a link that carried one (for example, a link shared by an advisor we work with).

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. To connect a referral tag with a later submission, the site stores the tag and your first page in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. It never leaves your browser unless you submit a form. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship.
• To send a short note when new research publishes, if you asked for one. Every note includes a way to stop receiving them.
• To understand which pages, research and referral partners lead people to contact us.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also stores form submissions in a database we control. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider. These providers act on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationships, generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless an engagement requires longer. Notification emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending research notifications, by emailing pcarroll@swedesfordgroup.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor applicable requests.

Security

Submissions travel over encrypted connections and are stored with access limited to us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
